How does beach setup service work in the Outer Banks?

After booking online, our team delivers and sets up your beach equipment early each morning at the beach access selected during checkout. At the end of each day, we return to remove the equipment and repeat this process for the duration of your reservation.

Do you provide setup services to non-oceanfront properties?

Yes, with the exception of our All-Inclusive Beach Service. There are no additional fees for non-oceanfront properties unless otherwise noted during booking.

Are your setups compliant with local beach regulations?

Yes. All setups follow town-specific regulations for size, placement, spacing, and setup or breakdown timing. As a company founded by Outer Banks lifeguards, we understand how to work alongside local Ocean Rescue agencies and operate responsibly on the beach.

Yes. All chairs and equipment are cleaned and inspected between each rental.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If unsafe weather conditions occur, equipment may be picked up early or services may be canceled entirely. Refunds are issued according to our cancellation policy. Employee, guest, and public safety are always our top priority.

Modifications and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Modifications are granted when possible based on availability and scheduling.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made seven or more days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days receive a 50% refund. If a deposit was paid and the reservation is canceled within seven days, the deposit is forfeited. No refunds are issued after the reservation start date. In cases of weather or tide-related cancellations initiated by Sun Ease Rentals, 50% of the daily cost is refunded for each full day of canceled service.
